Columbia (SSBN-826) class
As of December 2025 CRS reported the first boat procured in FY2021 and the second in FY2024, with the third requested for FY2026 at an estimated $10.5 billion; the Navy's FY2026 budget put the lead boat's delivery about 17 months late. In April 2025 Navy officials told the Senate the lead boat was 12 to 18 months behind and expected in 2029, with SSBN-827 and SSBN-828 roughly on schedule for 2032 and 2034.
