Heritage (WMSM-915) class Offshore Patrol Cutter
The program of record is 25 OPCs; Austal USA holds a 2022 contract for up to 11 (OPCs 5-15) with Pickering due in 2027. DHS cancelled Eastern's OPCs 3 and 4 in July 2025, and in June 2026 the Coast Guard and Eastern agreed to close out the contract for Argus and Chase; no OPC had entered service as of January 2026.
